Welcome to another creative opportunity to showcase photos, via our weekly Saturday Snapshot event, hosted by Alyce, At Home With Books.
As the holidays approach, my thoughts turn to the upcoming events…but I also fondly remember Christmases Past.
I scanned some photos from Christmases in 1994, and then in 2005 and 2006.
It is amazing to see how far we’ve all come through the years. What do you like to remember during the holiday season?
Beautiful photos of a beautiful family. Thank you for sharing them.

We went to that Spaghetti Factory for our Post-Thanksgiving get-togethers for a few years, and then changed to California Pizza Kitchen. This year, we went to Marie Callender’s.
The Spaghetti Factory had the best Christmas decor that early in the season.
Thanks for stopping by, Heather….enjoy your memories.

I posted many of our old Christmas photos last year on Facebook and was amazed to see them go “viral” among the nieces and nephews aged between 17 and 27. Who would have thought they would enjoy them as much as they did!!!!

The camera captures the memories of the events. Very nice photos.
We have photos of our grandchildren on Christmas Day.
With our 2 children I don’t think we have any photos of them opening their presents.

We started taking family photos in front of the tree when we moved into our house, and it’s become a yearly tradition. It’s so much fine to line them up and see how everyone has grown and changed.
Those are lovely family photos!

We used to do that when my kids were young, too. Our pix of my kids when young were from the 70s, though, and most of the pix turned orange in the albums…sigh. I’m so glad the albums are acid free paper now!
Thanks for stopping by, Alyce.
