Welcome to our regular feature, Saturday Snapshot, our opportunity to showcase photos we or friends and family have captured. The event is now hosted by West Metro Mommy.
Today I’d like to share some photos that spotlight my daughter Heather and her new romantic partner Steve.
The two of them have set up a new home to enjoy, along with Noah, Heather’s son. Here are some domestic moments. This is a breakfast Steve cooked for the two of them. Eggs Benedict and Salmon. With mimosas, of course.
Here is some “new” dinnerware that will be going from my home to theirs, my special Coca Cola pieces.
And the other day, Heather enjoyed a moment of childlike glee outside the grocery store.
And as they begin their journey together, I hope they will continue to enjoy their special moments.
What are you sharing today? I hope you’ll come on by and chat about them.
It’s good to see them so happy together, and how exciting for them to be setting up home. My Snapshot is at http://goo.gl/O2D5sX – I’m keeping it on my other blog, rather than The Book Trunk.

They’re a good looking couple!! How nice that he cooks. I see a tattoo on her right shoulder, but can’t make out what it is.

She has so many tattoos, and I think that one is a composite of many images, formed in a “sleeve.” I know there are flowers in there…but other images, too. I need to pay more attention…lol.
I think it’s great that he cooks, too. She enjoys cooking and likes to cook with a partner. Thanksgivings were always great when she cooked with her ex-husband, and perhaps a new partnership for the holidays will emerge.
