CREATIVE SPARKS: SATURDAY SNAPSHOT — MARCH 17

Sparks are flying around the blogosphere again today, as we join in with Alyce, At Home With Books, to showcase our Saturday Snapshots.

Today, I’m remembering a special trip our family took in 2008 to Sedona, Arizona.

I fell in love with that mystical, beautiful place the year before during a trip there with a friend.

Red Rock Country is just one of the many beautiful aspects I enjoyed.

Now I can’t wait to see what the rest of you are showing today.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!Ā  Wish I had some leprechauns to show!

  1. I loved the Sedona area … the red rocks were just beautiful! I visited a friend also in the Phoenix area and we spent a day and evening walking off into the rock formations … what stars, huh?

    1. I didn’t realize this until my first night there…they have this thing about no street lights to avoid “light pollution,” which, of course, allows us to notice the stars.

Thanks for stopping by, Susan, and enjoy the weekend.

  2. I adore obsessive blogging! Like the picture and will be back later to check out your White Queen review. I do like Phyllipa Gregory quite a bit.
I got here via Alyce’s great saturday snapshot, it’s my first one!

  3. Really terrific photos — I’ve been invited to Arizona next winter, these shots make me want to accept. My sister and her husband stay there for a bout a month every year.

    1. Oh, you should go! I’ve enjoyed various parts of Arizona, by now; from the almost barren deserts to the red rock country. I love it all.

Hope you enjoy it, Cipriano, and thanks for visiting.
